To start off, I know I’ve been slacking on this… But here is the QOTD (quote of the day)
There is only one happiness in life, to love and to be loved!
WE'RE MARRIED!!!! I don't know if I have said anything about that yet, but we are so happy and loving married life!! :) We got married in the Salt Lake Temple for time and all eternity. I couldn't be happier and more blessed to spend the rest of my life with Bo. The more we are married, the more I fall in love with him. I love waking up to him, cooking for him, cleaning together, laughing with him, starting our life together, learning more about life, kissing him, being held in his arms, watching movies and eating Blue Bell Ice Cream with him, seeing him smile, everything about him I LOVE! I recommend marriage, I've never been this happy in my life. :) :)
Here are a few snap shots of the best day of our life!
A couple of suggestions I have for newlyweds or people looking to get married, or people giving gifts: (this can apply to someone somewhere hopefully)
1. Register at a place you can buy groceries.
2. Bed Bath is awesome and fun and all... but all you can buy there is home decor, appliances, bathroom stuff, etc. (unless you live here, they have a health and beauty section, which is great!) I'm not ungrateful for all the gifts or cards we got from there because they have all gone to great use, I'm just saying food is expensive after a while.
3. Get thank you's over within the month, such a stress reliever.
4. If you have to move, call around for quotes for moving trucks, they'll all want you to choose them, so they'll try to get you the best price
5. Don't mind anything or anyone else on your day, just focus on the two of you and nothing will come between you.
6. Watch your mom closely. I call her or my sisters everyday to ask questions on cooking or insurance or food. (Pay attention to where food is at in the store... That I have a HARD time with) Learn as much as you can from your mother, they'll amaze you when you move out if they haven't already.
7. Have a date night at least once a week. Healthy on the relationship.
8. Save Now. Have fun, but also be thinking of the future, it comes up faster than you think.
9. Life isn't worth arguing, Bo has been an amazing example in my life for this, he shows me the situation, we talk about it, and it's over. Talking things through is so much easier.
10. Learn to laugh.
11. Last, but not least, stay close to the Gospel! J
Married life is AWESOME! Bo is amazing! I couldn't be happier. I love him and all the support he gives me!
Love the advice. Still holds true after several years of marriage. Your pics are way cute. Dont let me forget to get some pics from you while I am down there.
